Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of DC lighting control systems, protocols, and technologies.Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies related to lighting control.

Presales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales/ Inside Sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate lighting control solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of DC lighting control systems.

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and challenges related to lighting control.

- Provide technical guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns during the presales process.

Solution Design:

- Work closely with the engineering team to design customized lighting control solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients. Create detailed technical proposals and documentation for prospective clients.

Proof of Concept (PoC):

- Develop and execute PoC projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed DC lighting control solutions.

- Analyze and present the results of PoCs to customers, addressing any technical concerns.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and a coordinated approach to customer needs.

Market Intelligence:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscape, and potential areas for product improvement. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends.

Training and Support:

- Provide training to Internal sales teams, partners sales team on technical aspects of DC lighting control systems. Offer ongoing technical support to sales representatives and customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in the lighting control market, with a focus on DC systems.

- Strong presales skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as DALI, DMX, or other relevant communication protocols.
