Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production, Quality Control, Customer Technical services, Engineering and Utilities, Power Generation, Commercial, Logistics HR and IR and over all administration of site
- Drives growth and profitability within the business
- Developing and implementing sound internal business processes
- Creates an environment that facilitates attraction and retention of top talent
- Develops and leverages external relationships for the benefit of the businesses
- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations and promoting a positive, motivating and healthy working environment within the plant
Desired Profile
Qualification:Candidate must be have any B.E / B.Tech Chemical / petro-chemical/ Textile graduate
Experience: 20 to 30 yrs of experience
Salary range: 80+ LPA
