Client is a loc- al Brunei Startup company registered with Brunei - Shell Petroleum and provides oil and gas services an- d solutions including Project Management Services, Pipeline Services, Tank Cleaning, Wast- e Management, Skilled Manpower Supply, Planning an- d Cost Engineering.

Job Profile

The candidate will be seconded at the Global Petroleum Company. The Duration of the contract is 3 yrs extendable upto additional 2 years. One month initial accommodation with Relocation charges and family Visa will be provided.

Work Location : Brunei

Role : Principal Cost Engineer

Work Experience : 12+ Yrs

Education : Mechanical / Civil / Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Budget : 8000 SGD per month

Skills Required

- Must have a recognised degree and shall be a professional Engineer ( P.Eng ) or Chartered Engineer ( C.Eng)

- Certified Cost Professional ( CCP ) from AACE International or Certified Cost Engineer from ACostE

- Membership of a recognised institution eg. MIE (Aust), IPENZ, MIMech E, MICE, IEM, AACE, RICS etc.

- Have twelve (12) years experience of which seven (7) years must be of cost engineering or Quantity Surveying experience in offshore and onshore oil & gas industry

- At least four (4) years shall have been spent in the overall coordination and supervision of cost engineering or cost management team

- Shall be conversant and have working knowledge with the relevant international standards and code of practices.

- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills

- Fully versed with Cost Control principles and techniques
