Principal Mechanical Engineer (18-30 yrs)
Principal Mechanical Engineer : The role involves leading mechanical engineering solutions for complex projects, utilizing advanced engineering techniques. The candidate will act as a technical consultant and provide supervision for both large and smaller projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development Support: Assisting in proposals, building relationships with external parties, and developing execution strategies.
- Business Operations: Managing resources, training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Technical Competency: Ensuring adherence to engineering standards and regulations, particularly in Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, and HVAC.
- Project Execution: Involvement in planning, executing, and ensuring project success, along with handling project changes and risks.
- Site Support: Collaborating on-site for construction, commissioning, and resolving engineering issues.
- Experience with offshore platforms and LNG processes is crucial. The position also involves supervising a team of up to 20 engineers, making decisions within company policies, and fostering teamwork.
