Job Description :
- Lead a team of Multi-talented cross functional Structural Engineers, Revit Designers, Rebar detailers.
- Deliver high profile projects of complex nature spread across geographies globally.
Client Details : Our client is a leading engineering consultant, working on some of the major design projects around the world.
Description :
- Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget.
- Ensure the provision of efficient high quality structural engineering design.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, contractors, design team and third parties.
- Offer support and guidance to more junior members of the team.
- Effectively manage own time which may be necessary if allocated to more than one project
- Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities
- Be a technical champion within the team.
- Assist in managing the broader team through mentoring and training.
Profile :
- Bachelors/Masters in Structural Engineering from top ranked institute.
- Relevant experience of 8 years or above.
- Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE) preferred.
- Experience of actively managing clients.
- Experience of working with, and managing, small focused project teams.
- Proven experience on developing projects from concept to construction stage.
- Experience in the design of common structural materials as well as a good understating of current design standards and working practices.
