1. He must have good knowledge of rotary printing machine.
2. He must have good knowledge of design studio & engraving section.
3. He must have good knowledge of different styles printing on fabric like cotton, viscose, polyester & its blend.
4. He must have good knowledge of different class of dyestuff & colour matching sense.
5. He must have good knowledge in machine operations.
6. He must have good control on his working shift workers.
7. He is capable to solve the problem in printing while working in shift.
8. He must have good knowledge of other print house machineries like loop ager & print washer.
9. He must have capability of right decision making.
10. He must capable to handle the responsibilities in absence of printing manager.
11. He must well aware about how to improve the machine utilization/ productivity.
12. He must know how to reduce dyes-chemical cost.
13. He must have better skill execution of printing programme planning.
14. He must take care of housekeeping & safety of processing plant & his section.
