Responsibilities :

- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

- Preparing and presenting layout plans and designs

- Producing detailed drawings

- Negotiating with external architects, consultants, contractors and other professionals

- Attending regular meetings with architects, consultants, contractors and other specialists

- Working closely with Business Heads and Medical Services for capturing business requirements and approvals

- Co-ordinating the work of contractors

- Making site visits to check on progress

- Dealing with problems that might come up during building

- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail

- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)

- Be inventive and imaginative

- Be passionate about buildings and the built environment

- Care about people and the environment

- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients

- Preparing BOQs

- Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made

- Negotiating with architects, consultants, contractors and other professionals

- Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame, quality and cost

- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.

Job Requirements :

- 3-4 years of work experience

- Pedigree colleges - NID,IIT's

- Hustle & get things done attitude.

- Ability to multitask- task and meet tight deadlines
