Process Control Manager - Polyester Polymerisation (12-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Our client is a leading manufacturer Polyester Producer in Indonesia.
- Provide technical support to production department in process control area, by development of SOCs, troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and implement new process control strategies to improve operation, quality and safety.
- Stays current with emerging technologies and new processes that could be beneficial to the development of more cost effective or better quality products.
- Responsible for collecting relevant data for process control purpose from various sources, compiling and analyzing them.
- Evaluating variances and take corrective actions to avoid process going out of control limits.
- Administer the Chemical Laboratory
- Provide support to Waste Management Systems - Recycling plant.
- Recruit / train the personnel required for process control department.
- Co-ordinate with production, product development, customer service and other internal agencies
