Process Design Engineer - Manufacturing Industry (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Carrying out field checks in plant as per checklist guidelines set in BEP..
- Participate in the commissioning of the plant.
- Compile information for preparing the As-built drawing.
- Smooth plant start up meeting the design objectives (Plant Capacity, Yield, RM & Utility Norms)
- Capability development in Process Design
- Perform Process Engineering, Technology absorption, Scale up, Validations for New products & Trouble shooting in New Products.
- Preparation of PFD,P&ID and PSM documents like PHA, PSI and PSSR etc.
- Complete Trial & Validation with in Time line.
- Perform Equipment selection/ sizing and Utility calculations.
- Lead the process deviation investigations & recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Preparation of Process engineering package such as Material and Energy balance etc.
- Implement Productivity improvement Programs and systems (equipment, Methods and Procedures) for Optimum utilization of Equipment & workforce
