Process Design Manager - Hub/Supply Chain (1-5 yrs)

- Reinvent supply chain model, operations, processes etc. for the fastest growing B2B E-commerce start-up in India.
- Closely work with the Operations Head, Business Heads, Planning Team, Hub Managers and all other important stakeholders to help improve our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Carry out all the troubleshooting at the hub and solve for regular as well as exceptional cases.
- Ensure that the hubs are following the processes standardized as per the process playbook.
- Keep the pendancies at the hub in check and ensure quicker closure.
- Observe the processes at the hub and suggest data backed changes to improve the efficiency of the existing processes at the hub.
- Conduct regular audits around cash, material and documents at the hub and present reports to the central team.
- Be a constant bridge between the ground operations team and other functions like BD, Tech, Finance etc.
- Be responsible for training of the hub personnel and implement new product features.
