The Job:

You will be responsible for :

- Developing SOPs and Process Flows for new and/or modified equipment and procedures to meet functional and reliability requirements.

- Determining critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis.

- Conducting process audits and resolving audit findings.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 6 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- Hands on Experience on PPA

- Hands on Experience on Auto Cad and Solid Works

- Ability to do CNC Programming and have Experience in Process Prove out on CNC Turning Centre, VMC & HMC Machines

- Experience on Cycle time Estimation for Various Automotive Driveline Parts Machining Operations

- Have Experience on Process Planning of Automotive Parts such as differential case, output shaft, Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block Aluminum Housing - .etc.

- Knowledge and prove out of Cutting Tools, Fixtures for CNC Turning, VMC Milling and HMC Machining

- Experience on Feasibility study of NEW Automotive Parts development and APQP Documentation

- Knowledge of Gauges design concept, SPC Studies, MSA and QC Tools

- Have Knowledge and Active involvement in Problem solving, Lean manufacturing, Cost reduction, Continuous improvement

- Sufficient Knowledge in Development of Process Flow, Process Sheet, FMEA, Tool List and Control Plan
