Process Engineer - Manufacturing Firm (3-5 yrs)
Company Brief : This position exists with one of our esteemed clients. They offer products and solutions in cooling and heating.
Role & Responsibility :
- Leading process engineering efforts, encompassing the formulation and documentation of manufacturing procedures for in-house production of precision mechanical components. This includes centerless grinding, hardening, stamping, and assembly processes.
- Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and address various issues.
- Executing manufacturing process trials to drive ongoing enhancements in our production methods.
- Spearheading the development of manufacturing processes for new components.
Experience :
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and troubleshooting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Solid Works.
Skills Required :
- Proficient in planning and organizing tasks effectively.
- Emphasizes a collaborative teamwork approach.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrates an action-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes and tooling, encompassing mechanical presses and assembly techniques for precision mechanical components.
- Comprehension of mechanical engineering drawings for precision components.
- Possessing CNC turning programming experience is a valuable asset.
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis and resolving production quality and productivity issues.
