Process Quality Specialist - Manufacturing Firm (4-5 yrs)
Line Quality :
- Handling line and process quality independently
- Responsible for reduction of line rejection (rework and scrap)
- New system implementation, System improvement
- CFT interaction for quality improvement
- Improve inspection methodology
- Responsible to ensure that all production processes are followed as per requirements. Ensuring all the Mfg. Quality Control processes for quality compliance & immediate actions in case of nonconformity.
Process Quality :
- Conducting / Participation in improvement projects (Six Sigma / PSP)
- Ensure documentation and processes are running as per SOP, CP
- Ensure flawless launch of new product development
Quality management system :
- Ensure QMS drive in plant and implement QMS
- Conducting internal audits and closing non-conformities
Preferred Technical/Functional Skills :
- Good Knowledge of manufacturing process (Assembly process/Paint/Press/Casting/Machining/Moulding), Quality system
- Line quality assurance, quality planning, analysis, corrective actions.
- Experience in handling electro-mechanical parts
- Product performance testing
Preferred Training :
- Problem solving tools, SPC, SQC, Poka Yoke, 7 QC tools, Six Sigma, APQP, PFD, PFMEA, CP
- QMS 9001, Internal Audit
