New Role - Purpose:
The addition of a tier of less experienced, lower-cost resources to the Supplier Management team will allow the existing team to offload the repeatable, administrative tasks of the day-to-day workload. Today these task pull the tenured, higher-cost resources away from focusing on strategic initiatives and complex issues. The goal is to drve outputs and solutions that better align resource cost-to-value derived.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Routine and proactive collection, formatting & uploading of documentation to file server and CMD
Contact & escalation lists
On-net building lists
Process documents, user guides, cheat sheets
- Renaming & uploading of kmz's to CMD
- Administrative management of the Vendor Qualification and Vendor On-Boarding Processes
Send forms to supplier and follow up on timely completion
Route to assigned SM resource for review and processing
Upon approval, rename, and upload to CMD
Create initial vendor profile and upload associated documents to in CMD
- Updating Vendor Pricing Tables (VPT) in CMD
- Updating PON and circuit information

Person Specification: - Essential Skills & Experience (key competencies)
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years working in a US-based Corporate environment, ideally with remote stakeholders and management
- Competency in the MS Office suite of products required
