Procurement Associate - Retail Projects (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee retail projects across India.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Manage in-store decor projects from conception to execution.
- Coordinate with store managers to understand their decor needs and preferences.
- Develop designs and concepts for in-store decor.
- Conduct vendor selection and negotiation.
- Oversee installation of decor elements.
- Ensure all projects are in line with the brand's luxury retail image.
- Work on SAP MM to ensure timely procurement of project-related materials and services.
- Provide regular reports on project progress and status.
- Regularly review and optimize project processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost tracking.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Retail Projects.
- Open to travel across India as required.
- Experience in Luxury retail projects preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
