What you will do :
- Drive procurement initiatives & work in close coordination with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely connectivity and quality output. Improving operational efficiency by driving projects to optimize spends.
- Support cross functional teams on day to day operational issues and perform root cause analysis to expedite resolution of service issues.
- Analyze performance of vendors on annual basis, provide feedback and set expectations across parameters including but not restricted to quality, service and cost.
- Work closely with founding members to identify sourcing opportunities using strategic methodologies.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in strategic procurement & sourcing role ideally with a firm in personal care industry.
Education : Graduate in engineering is a good to have
- Analytical mindset & good communication skills.
