Missions are:
1 : Perform Comparative Analysis ( Track support)

- Identify assumptions.

- Evaluate investment process and tools.
- Provide a summary file.
- Partnership :To provide expertise & knowledge in cost breakdown
- Position itself as an expert.

2 : Animation Analysis of Anticipation (before select)
- Define the potential target cost.
- Knowing the anticipation programs
- Quantify the functional blocks and concepts.
- Highlight the important parameters of the cost analysis.
- Forecast costs on potential architectures.
- Assist in the decision.

- Costing the different architectures products and processes

- Provide target objective to the purchasing department (parts and sub assembly)
- Identify gaps for improvement and optimization.

4 : Post Sell & PEP Challenges

- Analyse variances (currency, quantity, RMi, Labor efficiency, purchasing cost, ....).
- Challenge gap & give trends.

5 : Ensure Business Capitalization
- Enhance and Update Databases

- Enrich the parameters of the supply chain (tax, freight,)
