Job Description :

- Develops and maintains deep insight into customers needs and the full range of existing and potential solutions

- Develops and maintains a network of relationships with customers technology leaders and engineers

- Obtains and internally communicates product trends and opportunities for improving and/or developing new product solutions

- Works with counterparts within customers technical team to identify product needs, potential challenges and regulatory compliance needs

- Supports value creation through a range of technical activities including customer process audits and trials

- Defines new applications or custom applications as needed

- Gains internal and external alignment to solutions and customers evaluation and decision-making processes

- Manages customer-specific engineering projects within ensuring timely and efficient delivery of samples, custom solutions and technical communications

- Assists customers with line trials and startups and resolves issues as needed to ensure value creation Obtains, compiles and internally communicates customer performance data to drive continuous engineering improvement and innovation within Maintains relationships with existing customers technical organizations to identify additional and emerging opportunities for value creation

- Monitors new competitive offerings and periodically tests them

- Candidate should be able to handle the entire function independently.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
