Product Development Engineer - Tool & Die Making (3-8 yrs)
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Plastic Technology ( DPMT) from CIPET/B.E. (Plastic Engineering)/Diploma in Tool & Die Making(DTM) from IGTR, Indo German Tool Room with min. 3 years of experience in Product development in Plastic/Rubber moulded components industries
Key Responsibilities :
- To prepare project analysis for all the incoming projects and getting mould offers.
- Calculation for no. of cavities, cycle time, machine selection and moulding processes
- To support sales department in all pre-order activities. (Machine, mould and CRB).
- Coordination with other department like Design, Purchase for customer special requirements
- To maintain product data sheet, Videos, Photos of new Projects, Machines and Moulds.
- Responsible for Internal Sales procedures like Sales Job Order, Amendments, advanced forecast and order acceptance etc.
- To make arrangements for customer visit.
- Responsible for customer visits in field as and when directed by Seniors
- To support concern sales person for machine and mould offer.
- Participate various industrial exhibitions for promoting company as a brand & also generating important inquires for new possible projects.
- Responding new project inquires from existing clientele.
- Collection of Market data for new projects.
- Handling customers during visits to works
