Designation: Product Development Executive

Location : Gurgaon (Head Office)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal care / cosmetic industry with product development & tech transfer exposure.

Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech - Cosmetology

NOTE:

Very strong in raw material and finished product testing.

Basic testing - pH, Viscosity etc.

We need some one from Consumer Products - Cosmetics and Personal care only.

Key functional area

1) Product development

- Evaluation of benchmark product, so as to integrate NPD in terms of esthetics, sensorial, claims, ingredients

- Product development (R&D batches & Prototype ) - NPD within laid down specifications & testing parameters

- Product development (R&D batches & Prototype ) - Existing products (Rework, improvisation) within laid down specifications & testing parameters

- Development of revised product prototypes basis stability evaluation

2) Analytical

- Analysis of color, viscosity, emulsion, quick stability & other parameters of samples

- Monitor stability as per schedule

3) Tech transfer

- Tech transfer of R&D developed products to factory & trouble shooting & preparing relevant documentation

4) Regulatory & other documentation

- Prepare license documents by incorporating INCI names of all ingredients, so that documents can be submitted to licensing authority for license grant

- Preparation of manufacturing SOPs, ISO documentation

5) RM

- RM record maintenance in lab, replenish RM basis requirement

6) Bench mark products

- Prepare & maintain bench mark product list
