Product Development Head - Li-ion Battery System (18-25 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The incumbent would be leading the product development function.
- This is a leadership role w.r.t product development
- We are recruiting for Product development head for Lithium Ion Battery systems.
- The organisation have in house design team, own BMS and mechanical. Facility is up and running.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Expectations :
- Project Management time and budget monitoring
- Team Building and grooming
- Capturing Voice of Customer and translating it into product requirement document
- Engage with customer Technical team - relationship building and responding to RFQ's
- Working with Business to assess new opportunities
- Setup best practices in Processes/ Design/ Warranty and Service
- Setup R&D setup
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 20-25 years of work experience across product companies - having delivered at least 1 product independently
- Worked on product development and aware of the development lifecycle and Gate Processes
- Knowledge of different manufacturing and assembly processes
- Electrical/ Electronics background
- PMP preferred
