About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of the EV, Chassis, and Powertrain domains. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive the development and launch of innovative automotive products.

Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for EV, Chassis, and Powertrain components, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market demand and business goals.

- Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to bring products to market efficiently.

- Connected Car Integration: Lead the integration of connected car features into EV, Chassis, and Powertrain products, ensuring seamless user experience.

- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong focus on EV, Chassis, and Powertrain components.

- Proven experience in product management, with a successful track record of bringing products to market.

- Deep understanding of automotive engineering principles and technologies.

- Strong knowledge of connected car technologies and platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
