Production Engineer (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieve production targets and continuously improve productivity and quality
- Ensure adherence to all quality system and safety procedures
- Responsible for manpower management and budgeting
- Ensures desired quality levels and respond to process variation and corrective action request
- Drive change in respective product line to continuously reduce process variation and production cycle time
- Ensure that process changes and experimental trials suggested by process engineering are implemented effectively and minimizing impact on production
- Maintaining documentation and data control as per documented ISO systems
- Identify training needs of workers and in developing trouble shooting guides, work instructions etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B.Tech./BE Mechanical compulsory
- Local candidates preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be technically strong
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to details and above average analytical abilities
- A preferred candidate will have Machine shop hands on experience
