Production Engineer (5-8 yrs)
1. Develops and improves manufacturing processes / productivity by studying product and manufacturing methods.
2. Promotes a quality culture by demonstrating customer focus.
3. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
4. Assures product and process quality by testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
5. Prepares product and process reports / MIS by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing production data.
6. Minimum 4-6 years- experience in Production / manufacturing process in Engineering industries.
7. Knowledge of reading / understanding engineering drawings/ and sheet metal work / welding and painting technology, etc.
8. Sound Technical knowledge of Fabrication / Assembly works.
9. Planning and Scheduling based on monthly plan / Customer orders. Coordinate with various departments in verifying material availability in managing shortages.
10. Adaptable to changes in fast changing environment.
11. Able to work independently and have team spirit.
12. Good communication and interpersonal skill
