- Should have good knowledge of FIBRE GLASS .( MUST )
- Should have expertise in overall plant supervision.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources (machines, raw material, manpower) to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, etc.
