- Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the production area.

- Train and guide production staff on best practices and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
