Qualification

- Traininig

TOS-Expert or any other appropriate qualification in terms of lean management

- Experience (type of)

Experience in lean production within Automtoive Industry, ideally experience in strategic and operative production related areas as well as planning-enviroment, experiences in project-management, leadership capabilities, detailed knowledge of vehicles, intercultural experiences. Additional exposure in Toyota-Production-System (TPS).

- Specific knowledge

Value stream mapping, shopfloor-management, KAIZEN, Kanban, Andon, 7-kinds-of-waste, change management, standardisation, training, coaching, PokaYoke, automotive-experience and knowledge, Indian culture, line-balancing and Yamazumi, HoshinKanri, Obeya (war-room)

Task description

- Station Development Workshops

- Conducting of Continuous Improvement - workshops together with interdisciplinary teams of R&D, ME, production, quality and logistic

- Follow-up tracking open points

- Pre and post preparation of the workshop

- Value Stream Mapping

- Discover of bottle necks

- Description of the bottle necks

- Conducting of CI-events for bottle necks

- Status-update of the current situation

Qualification

- Working on the concept for TOS-qualification

- Conducting of foundational training (2h)

- Conducting of workshop training (1d) with assembly cube and truck-race-simulation

- Further training for new Associates/First-line-supervisor together with HR

- Shop floor management (SFM)

- Alignment of Shop floormanagement between chassis, cab, paint, CiW, engine and gearbox

- Implementing of a SFM

- Develop a roll-out-system for SFM and conducting the execution

Salary:INR 4,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
