Production Executive - Food Industry (3-4 yrs)
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Overall responsibilities of independently handling the shift.
2. To meet SKU wise volume requirement in the shift.
3. To achieve KPM of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost.
Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA in the shift
Knowledge :
1. Knowledge of HACCP/ISO 9001, 5S,SGA and SPC techniques.
2. Knowledge of SAP and similar systems.
3. Strong numerical, analytical and Trouble-shooting skills
4. Application of concepts like productivity, utilization, OEE, workflows, line balancing etc
5. Application of basic engineering principles in understanding new processes / technology
6. Ensuring implementation of ITC's standards through :
a. Training,
b. Technical trouble-shooting and problem solving through appropriate quality tools.
7. Leadership by example specifically in the areas of :
a. Integrity of communication
b. Consistency of message
c. Fairness and objectivity in dealing with situations
8. High result orientation - getting things done on time and as per agreed upon norms.
Experience : Ideally, 1 to 5 years managing in a shop floor production environment.
(Experience in the Food Industry is preferred although experience even in diverse industries such as Paints, Automobile and Auto Ancillary, Pharma, Cement, Engineering, Petrochemicals is also acceptable).
