Job Description :

Execution of various activities Viz. Granulation/Compression/Coating /Capsule filling/ Bottle packing/ blister packing etc.

- Equipment cleaning, set up, Operation of FDC lab instruments and OSD area equipment's such as High shear mixer granulator, fluid bed processor, roller compactor, compression machine, coating machine, Automatic capsule filling machine, Recording of requisite Batch manufacturing document, relevant Instrument/ Equipment usage log books/ Equipment cleaning checklist with respect to cleaning, usage and calibration etc.

- Support during Instrument/Equipment Installation, operational and performance qualification for existing and new equipment.

- Daily log sheet entries, verification of daily calibration for Instruments, balances, In-process instruments.

- Area environmental conditions monitoring, performing monthly fumigation activity and status updating of facility and equipment.

- Support for Shipment of finished goods.

Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
