Job Description:
Note : Gear Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
Designation : Production Head AGM / GM
Qualification : Diploma / BE Mechanical
Experience : 10 to 15 yrs gear manufacturing operations
Location : Chakan, Pune
Skills :
- Knowledge of Gear mfg process machines, CNC Turning, VMC, Broaching, Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping.
- Hands on experience in CNC programming for Turning, VMC & Grinding.
- Effective communicator with exceptional presentation skill and abilities in leading team and establishing beneficial relationship with key players in the industry.
- Strategic planning and Management. Achieving production plan.
- Production planning Control process optimization.
- Ensuring high level of operational initiatives, Including process improvements
- Quality Management, Logistics, high level of revenue building strategies and tactics.
- Improving quality/Productivity/ Reliability at Manufacturing with continual improvement.
- Reject, rework, control & its root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of TS/TPM etc
- Able to adhere customer delivery requirements.
- Co-Ordination with Maintenance to attend day to day breakdown of Machines and ensure process capability index of -
Machines with help of from QA, Production and Maintenance.
