Production Head - Machining/Press/Heat Treatment/Assembly Unit (10-12 yrs)
Position Title: Production Head
Location: Aurangabad - Maharashtra
Plant / Corporate: Aurangabad
Level (Grades):M3/M4
Qualification:
Mandatory - BE Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing
Experience:
Number of Years - 10~12 Years in Production/ Manufacturing
Function - Manufacturing/Production
Age group- 30~40 Gender: Male
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
- Good Understanding and knowledge on manufacturing processes, especially machining/ Press/Heat treatment and Assembly.
- Understanding of Drawing& Tolerances.
- TS-16949,APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC,TPM etc.
- Knowledge of PFMEA.
- Good practical knowledge on Toolings and fixtures.
- Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
- Good communication skills and spoken English.
- Good Leadership/people handling skills
- Good planning skills and monitoring plan vs actual
- Adaptive for changes.
- Leadership & team work.
- Work delegation.
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
- Achieving of set production targets
- Control on no. of work men and contract labor cost
- Tools and consumables planning and control on tooling & consumables cost
- Achieving set quality targets on shop floor. Control of product parameters.
- Identification of key process parameters and achieve process capability for product parameters. Identification of poka-yoke and process controls.
- Identification of process improvements and implementing it from time to time.
- Identification of process automations to improve productivity and its implementation.
Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: Pro-E or equivalent, Ms office.
