Production Head (Skin Care & Cosmetics Manufacturing):

- Developing and implementing production plans to meet business goals.

- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

- Ensure that the production is cost effective.

- Decide what resources are required.

- Ensuring production stays on schedule and within budget.

- Estimate costs and set the quality standards.

- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

- Ensuring appropriate levels of supplies and production equipment.

- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes.

- Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.

- Enforcing safety rules

- Monitoring performance

- Managing and supervising production staff

- Analyzing data and creating reports

- Continuous process improvement

- Identify training needs.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Bsc in Pharmacy with Proven Managerial Experience of 6-10 Years in Skincare / Cosmetics Industry.

2. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, development, human resource, finance, etc.)

3. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

4. Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory and stewardship processes.

5. Ability to create accountability and to lead as an example.

6. Strong team building, Decision-making and people management skills.

7. Good initiator, self-motivated, good leadership skills.

8. Strong & Flexible.
