- Co-ordinating PP meeting, Online Mid line & final inspection, playing a vital role in coordination between Buying house & Export house.
- Functioning as a single point-of-interface for coordinating with production & shipping departments and the buyer to ensure that the production schedule is met and ensure on-time delivery of shipment.
- Co-ordination with all vendors on daily basis to ensure timely execution of production.
- Complete vendor production follow up & manage day by day production activity.
