Production Manager (15-20 yrs)

- Responsible for Production planning and control and achieving monthly targets of production and dispatch plan.
- Responsible for material planning and control.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
- Responsible to manage, lead and motivate workforce, imparting continuous on job
training for improved efficiency of manpower and machines
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible to monitor quality standard of product.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
- Responsible to maintain health and safety procedures.
- To work on reduction of product cost, monitoring of yields and wastage control.
- Responsible for Machine maintenance planning and timely execution.
- Responsible for timely preparation of production reports and MIS.
- Responsible for new project and its implementation.
