Job Description :
- Ensure the production process is in line with the agreed quality standards so as to ensure end products are produced within acceptable quality specifications.
- Facilitate a smooth line feeding / bulk production process. Ensure timely conduct of the daily production meeting and discuss/follow up issues until resolved. Oversee operations in production, maintenance, industrial engineering and finishing.
- Deliver technical training to workers to support customer need. Highest Production with minimal rejection in final delivered goods. Expediting planning to deliver final goods on time. Identifies resources and plans to overcome obstacles and reach own/teams goal.
Salary:INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.

- Strive for Achievement of targets.Ensure timely conduct of the daily production. Able to Analyse training needs for special operations.
