Production Manager (5-8 yrs)
About the Job :
Superior Group is looking for a Production Manager for our client in the Saratoga Springs, NY
- Experience managing day to day production activities in a manufacturing environment, including experience in:
- Developing estimates, scheduling, setting timescales, job costing, and establishing quality standards that meet quality control and customer requirements.
- Must be able to develop and communicate production goals with a team, and implement improvements as deemed necessary using lean manufacturing and six sigma principles to optimize the production processes.
- Experience in managing transformer production is a plus.
- This position will be responsible for providing leadership and management of front line supervisors and maintenance staff.
