Job Title: Assembly Line Production Manager (Toys Manufacturing)

Location: Vasai East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end assembly line production process, ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Lead and train a team of operators, fostering a productive and engaging work environment.

- Plan production schedules to meet deadlines while keeping costs in check.

- Monitor and optimize workflow, materials, and manpower to enhance output.

- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols.

- Troubleshoot production issues like a pro and implement long-term solutions.

- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to streamline the production of new toys.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field.

- 5+ years of experience in assembly line management, preferably in the toy manufacturing industry.

- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and quality assurance practices.

- Strong leadership and communication skills (with a sprinkle of patience!).

- Proficiency in production planning software/tools is a plus.
