Production Manager - Blown Film Extrusion (10-25 yrs)
JD:
- Candidate must have experience with PE single and multi-layer blown film extrusion.
- To plan and prepare and organize production schedules.
- Receive strategic direction and set goals for Production
- Oversee and control production problems and resolve issues if any.
- Assess project and resource requirements on daily production.
- Estimate, negotiate, agree and work with budgets and timescales.
- Discussion on production issues and developments. Make recommendations for continual improvements.
- Report and update Directors.
- Knowledge of complete production process and train the operators if needed
