Production Manager - Electroplating (10-20 yrs)
- Make accurate & timely production planning
- Making schedules for achieving production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources
- Assure reduction in abnormal wastage and achieve yield %
- Estimating costs for production and setting the quality standards for the products
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Ensure the accuracy in production as per the specifications of design team for new product
- Ensure about the least breakdown time for the resources
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Effective co-ordination with other department managers to implement the policies & goals of the company
- Accurate & timely reporting to the management
- Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly
- Ensure the standard data capturing method
- Supervising & motivating the team members
- Reviewing the performance of sub-ordinates & provide them the required guidance
