Production Manager/Head (4-10 yrs)
Plan, organize, direct and efficiently run day to day operations.
- Increase production, capacity, output while minimizing unnecessary costs and improving product quality
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and timely delivery
- Allocate resources effectively and set proper systems in place for smooth operations. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity.
- Provide a clear sense of direction and focus towards targets set by management.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions/continuous improvement
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to CEO in proper format
- Improve the plant efficiency and reduce waste/overtime/scrap
- Commitment to plant safety procedures
- Address all employees- and labor issues properly
- Create and maintain a flat organization with equal respect for all jobs
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- PPC - production planning and control - materials, manpower and machines
