Production Manager - Lubricants Domain (10-25 yrs)
We are an Executive search firm looking for below mentioned profile for our client :-
COMPANY: Manufacturers of Lubricants
DESIGNATION: Manager-Production
REPORTING TO: Plant Head
EDUCATION: Preferably BE/BTECH (Mech,Chemical,Production) with 10-15yrs exp or B.Sc(Chemistry),Diploma with 15-20yrs exp. Similar Industry exp preferred
SOFTWARE SKILL: Good in MIS,ERP,(We have SAP)
LOCATION: Silvassa
OBJECTIVE: To be responsible for Production Planning and Implementation, Maintenance of plant and machinery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning
a. Responsible for production planning
b. Co-ordination with SCM Dept for shortfall of raw material as per production plan
- Production
c. Inventory control of Base Oil, Additives, Bulk along with maintenance and updation of stock registers.
d. Implementation of Production Plan successfully.
e. Monitoring quality of finished goods (pertaining to weights and measures)
f. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.
- Maintenance
a. Maintenance of the plant equipments
b. Housekeeping of the plant premises
c. Monitoring/ compliance of all safety requirements.
d. Organizing all consumable and maintenance items required for smooth running of equipment
