Production Manager - Pharma Manufacturing Industry (15-20 yrs)
Position- Sr. Manager Production
Reporting To -VP
Qualification - Graduate Mechanical Engineer with additional qualification in electrical engineering
Exp -15+ years of Experience in Pharma Machines
This role is primarily responsible for production of LAF and Isolator
Responsibilities-
- He should have minimum experience in Pharma machine manufacturing with proven track record.
- He should be able to handle a team of 150 - 200 persons comprising of engineers, skilled and semi-skilled technicians.
- He should be able to handle Planning, Production, Documentation, QC and consistently give 10 Cr / monthly out - put against targeted budget.
- He should be able to motivate the entire team and upgrade their skill / knowledge to next level.
- He must be fluent in communications and should be able to handle Clients, visitors during factory visit for FAT etc.
- He should submit compliance report for entire operation periodically to management for their review.
- He should be able to do Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost control of manufacturing process & new project.
- He should be able to deliver entire manufacturing process (Raw Material Procurement to Dispatch of Finished Goods including Waste Control & Management) within timeframe.
- He should have knowledge of QMS, EMS & SHE.
