- As a Production Manager for Polymer Fabric Products, you will be responsible for the seamless production of inflatables products like mattresses and various multispectral camouflage systems.

What you will do :

- Overseeing and managing the product development and production process for Polymer fabric products

- Developing and implementing effective sealing techniques to ensure air-tight and water-resistant products

- Maintaining stringent quality control measures to ensure that all sealed products meet established standards for durability, functionality, and aesthetics

- Collaborating with the production planning team to create efficient schedules and production plans that optimize resource utilization and meet production targets

- Leading a team of production technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a skilled and cohesive workforce

- Ensuring that all sealing equipment is well-maintained, calibrated, and operational to minimize downtime and disruptions in the production process

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the sealing and production workflow, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

- Coordinating with the materials procurement team to source efficient raw materials and ensure an adequate supply of raw materials required for the sealing process

- Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to the sealing process, quality checks, and production metrics

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in PVC coated fabric product manufacturing, with a focus on sealing techniques. Prior experience in inflatable mattress production and inflatable product manufacturing is highly desirable

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity

- Strong technical knowledge of sealing equipment, processes, and materials

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a production team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues effectively

- Proficiency in production planning, resource allocation, and project management

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and communicate with team members at all levels
