- To follow & preapare safety rules & regulations.
- Daily Production Report
- Monthly Korea report W201
- Monthly Productivity trend chart
- Monthly Production Loss details
- To find out cause of Shortage of WIP & Inprocess
- Solving Customer Issue at inprocess W201
- Working for improving W201 productivity
- To preapare work standards
- Monthly Man power Planning with PPC
- Rejection rework analysis & 8D report making
- Monthly Production Consumable requirement planning
- To fix Manpower for Production data feeding and no use of operator
- W201 & U301 production responsibility
- Weekly Dept. report
- Dept. work status
- Inhouse operator Training planning
- Less & No Production Reason make a report on daily basis
- Working for Sub assly part outsourcing
- Part & jig Trial at U301
- Welding Correction & teeching W201
- Working for proper jig line up & checking as per SOP condition
- U301 Material follow up, production & dispatch Planning
- Working to resolve on U301 Quality issues & jig issues
- Man power reduction analysis
- Monthly Man power Planning with PPC
- Rejection Material - in process make a list and handover to materials dept
- Supporting to BDT for new Trial Out
- To Prepare Action plan for production control during absence time
- To fix the standard of production for Robot Welding Machine
- To fix quality team for checking standards, check education level of operator
