Job For Production Manager

Salary : Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 Per Month

Education/Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's (B Tech) degree required

- 5+ years- experience in manufacturing

- 2+ years- experience in a supervisory capacity.

Scope (Knowledge) :

- Must have knowledge of Press Machine (Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Power Presses).

- Must have experience of Amada Machine Programming and Amada machine operations

- At least 2-3 years experience in Auto Cad designing

- Experience in working with Sheet Metal Industry is must

- Must have knowledge of all types of Sheet metal Tools ( Designing as well as Maintenance), Jigs and Fixtures

Responsibilities :

- Plan the production as per customer need and work closely with Sales Team to determine the most cost-effective

- Manage and sustain high levels of Inter Department Customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met.

- Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance are met.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Management Team.

Skills :

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. (Hindi & English)

- He must possess: Problem solving skills, Product knowledge, Selling to customer needs, Presentation skills, Production Planning skills, Technical understanding, Requirements analysis, Innovation.

- Self-motivated, extrovert, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.

- Driven by a desire to satisfy inter department customers and provide a high level of customer relations skills.

- Excellent management skills

- Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
