As a Production Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of BLDC Ceiling Fans.
What you will do :
- Responsible for planning and organising production schedules
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Establishing the process to ensure the quality of the product
- Ensuring the production target are achieved in optimum manpower
- Responsible for Cost Innovations, Improvement activities and Development Process
- Approving maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Enforcing health and safety precautions
What you need to know/have :
- BE - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production preferred
- Minimum of 6 Years of experience in BLDC fan/Fan (ceiling)
- Should be able to manage the Production Unit,Office, and should be capable of managing the same
- Male Candidates preferred
- Excellent communication skills
