Job Description :

1. Provided service as a technical engineer in production, planning and control of polyester/nylon textured yarn (PTY) for product development with required technical characteristics, new product development & quality control.

2. Team leader for quality circle group for reductions of force rejections in auto-packing system, yarn path abnormalities reductions & improvement in A1W1 (Full package generation) % with the gain of Rs.5.04 crores/annum during the course of six months.

3. Being a member of quality control team, successfully implemented group activities under total quality management (TQM) & 5S system.

4. Responsible for attending market complaints regarding export as well as domestic polyester products & product containing Lycra yarn.

5. Has experience of manpower handling, material management as well as office work management.

6. Worked on project commissioning & installations of Aalidhra AFT-11HS Texturizing machineries.

7. Sound Knowledge of different textile products like yarns, fabrics, processes & applications.

8. Assisting PTY for production of consistent products from continuously operated spinning processes.
