Production Professional (1-2 yrs)
1. Assistant Manager - Production
- Candidate should have B.Tech from the following institutes:
- IIT Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Kanpur/Kharagpur/Guwahati/Roorkee,
- NIT Warangal/Trichy/Suratkal
- BITS Pilani
- Must have locational mobility,
- 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing set-up in production. Specifically in production.
- 2014 or 2015 batch only.
The incumbent would be responsible for a target delivery of any department in the unit.
He/she could also be involved in critical projects that would be going on.
Roles would involve man-power supervision as well as resource management needed for production/finished goods output.
Certain roles would have managerial reporting. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, six sigma approach and project management techniques would be important.
Roles would largely be across our manufacturing units.
Cross functional and techno-commercial nature of work experience would be preferred.
But technical depth and experience in managing departments/shifts with product delivery target (in a supply chain system) would be most critical and required
