Job Description
- Operation of plant with target production with QUALITY.
- Set & get approved quality standards of production items.
- Keep all equipments in good working & Healthy conditions
- Technical upgradation of process and equipments
- Implementation of 5S/ISO in the department
Job Profile:
- To execute the production planning as per plant considering shift production targets. Trouble shooting during the operation
- Usage of raw material and chemicals as per standard recipe .
- Adherance to process parameters and monitoring during the shift.
- Quality inspection of the semi-finished / finished product periodically during the shift as per quality standards to avoid production of any non- confirming product.
- Condition monitoring of the plant during the shift.
- Preparation of daily shift production report.
- Implementation of ISO 9001/14001 in all deptt.
- To ensure execution of all safety standards & 5s activities during shift operation.
- Administrative control & Culture in the deptt during shift operation
- Preparation and submission of all shift log report as directed by Plant Manager
- Emergency handling during shift operation
- Ensure competency of operation of fire hydrant and emergency fire fighting system
- Monitoring of LPG yard and delivery system and ensure safety
- Compliance of safety check list
- Idle hours monitoring and manpower utilisation
