Production Supervisor - Construction (0-1 yrs)
JD :
- Man, Machine, Materiel management.
- Daily production planning, machine load planning.
- Should be able to inspect the parts.
- Should be able to understand engineering machining drawings.
- Should be able to handle quality instruments.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment & schedule regular maintenance
- Submit reports on performance & progress
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery & follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines & company standards
- The Plant Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
